Carlos Di Laura Jr.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Carlos started playing tennis at age 8. He attended Saint Stephens Episcopal school and was part of the tennis academy from age 10-18. In USTA Junior tennis, he reached top 5 in Texas and Top 80 in the nation in every age division. He played 4 years at Texas Tech University (2013-2017) where he was part of the highest ranked team in program history and only team to be crowned Big 12 Champion. In 2016, he was selected on the All Big 12 doubles list. Carlos earned 15 ATP doubles points in 2016.

After graduating from Texas Tech, Carlos went on to coach the Utah State Men's tennis team and helped them reach a program high NCAA ranking (#35) and captured a Mountain West Conference title in 2018 and a NCAA championship bid. At Utah State, Carlos helped recruit the highest ranked class in program history.
